How do I combine my old pensions into one Stream pension?

When signing up, you have two choices on what you want to do with Found pensions.

• Combine them: We can move the money from your old pensions into your Stream Personal Pension. This puts everything in one place. We can start this for you automatically.

• Just trace them: You can choose to simply use us to find your pensions and see the details in the app together with the historic values. You don't have to combine them if you don't want to.

If you choose to combine them, here are the simple steps:

1. We contact companies: Stream contacts your old pension companies. We ask them to send your money to your new Stream Personal Pension.

2. Your money arrives: When the money safely moves over, you will see it all together in your Stream app.

On most occasions, this will happen without any additional steps. In some cases, your old pension provider may request further information. Please reach out to Support if this happens to you and we can help.

The Stream Personal Pension is managed by Quai Digital.  Quai acts as the FCA-regulated pension scheme provider and legal Trustee for the Stream Personal Pension. Any transfers that complete will move into The Digital SIPP, which is the name of the pension that we use for Stream members.
