1. What is the Money Masters prize draw?
The Money Masters prize draw is a monthly promotion hosted by Stream Financial Services Ltd that rewards enrolled users for completing financial education modules in the Stream app and passing the Big Three quiz.
2. Who is eligible to enter?
To qualify for the prize draw, you must meet the following criteria:

Be a UK resident (excluding the Republic of Ireland) aged 18 or older.

Be an enrolled user of the Stream platform through your employer.

Hold an active Stream savings pot with a positive balance.

Complete the Money Masters course and successfully pass the Big Three quiz.

Not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of Stream Financial Services Ltd, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
3. How do I enter?
Log into the Stream app, complete the Money Masters course, and successfully pass the Big Three quiz during a qualifying promotional window. Your entry is submitted automatically upon passing the quiz—no further forms or steps are required.
4. How many times can I enter?
Entries are strictly limited to one entry per person. Retaking or completing the course and quiz multiple times will not generate additional entries.
Note: If you complete the course but fail the quiz you can retake the Big Three quiz an unlimited amount of times until you pass in order to be entered into the prize draw.
5. When does the promotion run?
The promotion covers three consecutive calendar months, starting on 1st November 2026 and closing at 23:59 GMT on 31st January 2027. Entries are divided into three monthly qualifying periods:

Month 1: 1st November 2026 (00:01 GMT) – 30th November 2026 (23:59 GMT)

Month 2: 1st December 2026 (00:01 GMT) – 31st December 2026 (23:59 GMT)

Month 3: 1st January 2027 (00:01 GMT) – 31st January 2027 (23:59 GMT)
6. What can I win?
Each monthly winner receives a prize matching the exact balance in their Stream savings pot, captured at 12:00 PM (midday) on the draw date, up to a maximum cap of £500. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for an alternative payment method without prior written agreement from Stream.
7. When are winners selected?
One winner will be chosen at random using an automated computer process from all valid entries received in that qualifying month. Draws take place on the 9th of the following month (or the next working day):

8. How will I find out if I won and get paid?
Winners will be contacted via their registered Stream account email within five business days of the draw. The winnings will then be credited directly to your Stream savings pot.
